• 1 oz TODAY Montmorency Cherry Shrub
• 1–2 oz orange juice (or blood orange)
• 3–4 oz sparkling water (to top)
• Ice
• Garnish: orange slice + cherries
1. Fill a Collins glass with ice.
2. Add Cherry Shrub and orange juice.
3. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
4. Garnish with orange and cherries.
