Ingredients
• 3 oz pineapple juice
• 1.5 oz Today’s Cherry juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 2–3 oz soda water
• Ice
• Garnish: pineapple wedge + cherry
Method
1. Put Today’s Cherry in glass first.
2. Shake vigorously pineapple juice, and simple syrup with ice.
3. and strain into a tall cocktail glass
4. Top with soda water, give a gentle stir, and garnish.
For a layered look: pour cherry component in the glass first, then slowly float pineapple
mixture on top, finish with a small splash of soda.

1.5 oz Today’s Cherry Shrub
4 dashes of bitters
1⁄2 oz Simple Syrup
Shake over ice
Strain into a martini glass
Garnish with a maraschino cherry

1.5 oz Today’s Key Lime Shrub
Shake well over Ice
Pour into a tall glass
Garnish with a lime slice

1.5 oz Today’s Beverage Key Lime
1 oz Basil Simple syrup (Simple syrup)
Top with soda water
Muddle basil in glass
Add ice
Shake ingredients with ice Pour over ice garnish with a basil leaf

1.5 oz Today’s Key Lime Shrub
1.5 oz Coco Lopez
Shake over Ice
Strain into a martini glass
Garnish with a key line slice

• 1.5 oz Today’s Cherry
• 5 fresh mint leaves
• 1 oz simple syrup
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• Club soda
• Ice
• Mint sprigs and cherries, lime slice for garnish
Muddle mint in shaker bottom, add ice, simple syrup, today’s cherry
Shake well pour into glass finish with club soda.
Garnish with mint and cherry

1.5 oz Today’s Beverage Key Lime
1 oz Grenadine
Shake over ice
Top with 4 oz ginger Ale
Garnish with Maraschino Cherry

Shake Today’s Montmorency cherry, lime juice, maple syrup together
with Ice until foamy amd well mixed.
Strain into a chilled coupe
Finish with Seltzer
Garnish with a cherry.

1.5 oz Today’s Beverage Infused Key Lime
2 oz Cranberry Juice.
Ice
Shake with ice
Serve in a sugar rimmed martini glass
Garnish with a lime wheel
